Validate your SaaS idea
The hardest part of validation is not getting opinions — it is getting opinions that mean anything. A comment section tells you someone had a reaction; it does not tell you whether they would actually use the thing, let alone pay for it. The Launch Arena exists to answer exactly that, in public, for free.
One question, structured answers
When you publish a launch, you pick one specific question you actually want answered — not "what do you think" but something concrete, like whether the pricing page is clear or whether the onboarding makes sense. Other builders who look at your product answer it and leave feedback tagged to a category: UI/UX, pricing, onboarding, messaging, and about a dozen others. That structure is what turns "some people had feedback" into "pricing came up four times" — a sentence you can act on.
A verdict, not a vote
Separate from written feedback, each reviewer leaves a verdict: a star rating, whether they would use the product, and whether they would pay for it. Those three numbers are what the Launch Report is built from once the 72 hours run out — an average rating, a would-use percentage and a would-pay percentage, none of them zero unless somebody actually said zero. A launch nobody has rated yet shows no rating at all rather than a fabricated one.
One account can leave one piece of feedback and one verdict per launch, which is what makes the final percentage worth quoting instead of something that could be run up by refreshing a page.
A report you can actually use
When the clock runs out, the launch becomes its own permanent report at the same URL you shared during the 72 hours — nothing moves, so a link posted on day one still works on day thirty. That report is the citable outcome of running the test: a real would-pay percentage, a real feedback count, and the actual answers builders left, in public.
Questions
How much does the Launch Arena cost?
Nothing. It is free to publish a launch and free for other builders to answer it.
How long does a launch run?
72 hours. After that the clock stops, the launch becomes its own report, and nothing about it changes again.
What do I actually get at the end?
A public Launch Report: how many people gave feedback, how many left a verdict, an average rating, and would-use / would-pay percentages — plus the actual written feedback, tagged by category.
Can someone vote more than once to inflate my numbers?
No. One account gets one piece of feedback and one verdict per launch, so the percentages in the report cannot be run up by anyone, including the founder.
Do I need to already have a paid listing to use the Launch Arena?
No — the Launch Arena is independent of the paid board. Plenty of founders validate first and decide whether to list afterward.
