How to launch your SaaS

Launching a SaaS here has two parts, and you can use either one on its own or both together: a paid, permanent listing on the board, and a free, time-boxed round of structured feedback in the Launch Arena.

The paid board, in three steps

Paste your URL, choose a bid, and pay — that is the entire submission. There is no review queue and no account. The bid is a whole dollar amount with a $1 minimum, and it is also your rank: the board sorts every listing by the amount paid, highest first, with ties going to whichever listing has been up longer.

You can raise your bid later. A rebid replaces the previous one and only ever moves you up — there is no way to pay and end up worse off than before. Every listing carries a public bid, a public click count and a public revenue total, so anyone can work out their own cost per click before spending anything.

Validate first with the Launch Arena

Before you spend anything on rank, you can run your product through the Launch Arena for free. It is live for 72 hours, during which other builders answer one question you choose and leave feedback tagged to a category — pricing, onboarding, mobile, and so on. At the end you get a public Launch Report: how many people would use the product again, how many would pay for it, and an average rating, all drawn from real verdicts rather than vanity upvotes.

A finished Launch Report is also useful copy for the board listing itself — a founder with a report showing a concrete would-pay percentage has something more specific to say than a generic pitch.

What a listing actually looks like

Every listing gets its own page with the product name, its live rank, the category you tagged it under, your bid, and an outbound link to your site marked rel="sponsored" — the correct, honest label for a paid placement. There are no impressions to buy beyond the bid itself: what you pay for is the position, and the position is what sends the clicks.

Questions

What is the minimum bid?

$1. A bid below the current #1 is still a valid listing — you land wherever the money puts you on the board, not off it.

Can I change my bid after I list?

Yes. A rebid replaces the previous one and only ever moves your rank up.

Do I have to run the Launch Arena before listing?

No — the two are independent. Some founders list first and validate later, others validate first and list once they have a report worth pointing to.

What happens on a tie bid?

The older listing stays higher. Being early to a given bid amount is a small, permanent advantage.
